SHIPPING:
For made-to-order pieces, your order will be handmade and dispatched within 3-5 weeks. For items that we have stock for, we will dispatch within 2-5 working days.

You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.
UK:
- UK Standard Delivery (1-2 Working Days)
REST OF WORLD:
Standard shipping 2-3 working days: £25

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES:
Shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary depending on your location. Regrettably, we are unable to cover any taxes and duties for orders outside of the UK, and these will be your responsibility to pay.
For orders outside of the UK, clearance and customs procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. In such cases, it is very difficult for us to speed up the process, as they are controlled by the customs department in the importing country. Orders are held and checked at random, meaning delivery timings are taken out of our control.
RETURNS:
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Regrettably any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit.
All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on earrings, according to best practice hygiene standards, nor do we accept returns of any made-to-order, bespoke or engraved pieces.
Please email us prior to returning your goods on sondorjewellery@gmail.com. We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.
We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns, and would advise that you ship your items using a tracked service. When sending your return, please include the text “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs.
Returns Guide
- ENSURE ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND UNDAMAGED BOX AND POUCH, AS THEY'RE PART OF THE PRODUCT. WHILE TRYING THEM ON AT HOME IS ACCEPTABLE, PLEASE HANDLE THEM WITH CARE, ESPECIALLY DELICATE ITEMS LIKE JEWELLERY. ONCE USED AS WORN, THEY CAN'T BE CONSIDERED UNUSED ANYMORE.
- PACK THE ITEM AND ITS BOX IN ANOTHER STURDY CARTON TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IDEALLY USING THE OUTER PACKAGING FROM YOUR ORDER.
